I’m Megan, self-proclaimed crafter and cat lady that lives St. Louis, MO with my spouse and 3 rescue cats.

As long as I can remember, I have been a maker, from play-doh to stained glass to welding. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture and appreciate all kinds of art. To support myself I found myself falling in love with a career in the non-profit world. But from time to time I get “itchy hands” and the desire to make something. Over the years I have taught myself to sew and crochet – skills I had always wanted when I was younger, but never seemed to master.  

After the pandemic, I found myself drawn to slower living with less 24 hour news cycles and less doom scrolling. I love the feeling of fulfillment when I finally hold up a piece of clothing or a hat pieced together from vintage sheets or clearance yarn. I hope you enjoy these pieces as much as I enjoyed making them.
